      Getting Started on Hi Rasmus: User Sign Up Process

      This video tutorial walks through the steps to sign up for a Hi Rasmus account after a manager level user sends an invitation.

      Getting Started on Hi Rasmus: Sign up for your account

      1. Check your inbox for an email from <no-reply@hirasmus.com> with a subject line such as “[Name] invited you”
      2. Click the first link in the body of the email.
      3. Once selected you will be directed to a page to sign up for your account.

      4. Your email will be auto populated here

      5. Create a password (at least 8 characters, mix of capital and lowercase, numbers and symbols).

      6. Toggle on to accept user terms and privacy policy. The toggle bar will turn green with a check mark once on. 


      7. Lastly, you will want to click the Sign Up button.

      8. A green notification will appear at bottom indicating that the sign up was successful.


      9. Please refresh your inbox to check for a verification email. The subject line will read “Verify your email for Hi Rasmus”

      10. Click on the link to verify your email address.You will then be directed to a page with a pop up notification letting you know your email has been verified.


      11. Once you’ve verified your email, you’ll be able to sign into the Hi Rasmus platform and start using your account.
      12. You can bookmark the login page at https://app.hirasmus.com/
