From a case supervisor's point of view, learn how to create programs from scratch and how to group them together in a session for data collection.

- Select a learner from the drop down menu on the top left.
- Select [Programs] from the menu on the left side of your screen.
- Click the [Add Program] button
- Select the program type from the drop down list (select more for additional options)
Behavior Incidents (ABC) is listed at the bottom of the program options, but it is important to note that you are only allowed to build one behavior incidents program per learner. However, you can always go back and edit this at any time.
For this article, we will create a skill acquisition program type. Select the ‘Skill Acquisition’ button from the drop down. You will be guided to the page depicted below.
Tip: Within a skill acquisition program, you can mix and match the types of targets within a single program. You cannot mix target types within other program options.
Instructions Tab
- At the top, create a program name within the ‘Program Name’ section.
- Add tags directly under the program name, if desired. Tags be utilized to filter programs on the client page or in the library, pull programs by their tags into your treatment plans and reports, or filter the data sheet. Click here to learn more about program tags.
- Depending on your organizations settings, you may have different program data fields on the instructions tab and the treatment tab. Fill these out according to your organization's processes
- Click within the instructions box to add your written instructions.
- Click [Upload Instruction Video] if needed to upload any videos related to the program
- Click [Upload Learning Materials] to upload any supporting materials for the program
Treatment Tab
- Navigate to the [Treatment] tab
- Fill out the fields on this tab according to your organization's processes. These fields can be pulled into Treatment Plans
Targets
- Click the [Targets] tab to set up targets for the program.
- As you add new targets you can select the current status for each target (waiting, probe, acquisition, etc.)
- The targets will be set toWaiting by default. Read more about targets and their lifecycle.
- When you have finished adding a target, simply press Enter on your keyboard to add another one immediately.
- Optional: Add an SD. Click [Add SD] to enter a Discriminative Stimulus that will appear above the target on the session
Use our AI Target Suggestion Feature! Click [Suggest] and then ask AI to generate a list of targets based on the prompt you enter. Edit as needed and then select [Import] to add them as targets
Data Recording
- Navigate to [Data Recording]
- Add a Workflow if desired. For more information on Workflows, click here
- Add a Prompt Level Template. For more information on Prompt Level Templates, click here
- Optional: Update the graphing settings and view the graph from this tab as well!
Preview your targets! Click the preview button on the bottom left of the programs page to see how they will appear on the data sheet
Saving your Program
Once you have completed the program, you must select Save on the bottom right of your screen. Once you select Save, you will be directed to the screen displayed below.
If you have already created a session, you will see a session or list of sessions you can choose to add them directly to. Otherwise, you can select Skip and decide to add it to your session(s) at a later time and your program will still be saved to your client’s home page.
