Which one do I need? What is the difference?
User profiles must be set up in order to activate a staff profile, but a staff profile is NOT required to work with learners and navigate the system.
User Profiles
User profiles in Hi Rasmus are free of charge and are required to have access to the system and work with a learner.

User profiles are basic! The only user information fields are:
- Name
- Role
- Business Units
Upon logging in users can:
- Navigate to clients they have access to from the client drop down in order to run sessions, update programming, monitor progress and more (depending on the user's permissions)
- View their scheduled sessions (if your org is using scheduling or an integration)
- View their own activities and pending signature requests
- View their own basic account information
- View their notifications and access the notification center
Certain users will also have access to organization wide settings such as report and note templates, custom Client Information fields and more.

Staff Profiles
Staff Profiles can be activated in addition to a user profile if you'd like more functionality such as tracking staff information, credentialing and performance management / coaching tools.

ℹ️ Note: staff profiles are an 💲additional cost and a license must first be purchased for each staff profile.
What type of information can I collect and monitor with a Staff Profile?
Anything you want!
You can create custom staff information fields for your organization by navigating to [Settings] >> [Organization] >> [Staff Information].
These fields will then show up on the [Staff Information] tab for any user that has an active staff profile. Manager level users, and some Supervisors (depending on user privileges) can update these fields for Staff.
You can even pull these fields into Activities Reporting and use them in Session Notes.
Can Staff profiles track Credentialing information?
Yes! Select the [Credentialing] tab to input a Staff's Supervisors, Certifications and Licenses and even assign competency task lists.
From the User overview page, you can pull this information in for easy review:
How do I access a staff profile to monitor competency and performance?
Once a staff profile is active, you'll be able to engage with it the same way you can with Clients.
Staff profiles will appear at the very bottom of the drop down list in the top left corner when you click [Select Client]
Select the name of your staff and you'll see it looks very similar to a Client's [Home] page.
This example below shows a staff member that has a few staff - specific programs set up as well as a session and a competency assessment.

Is there any existing curriculum I can use for my staff?
Oh yeah. We have programs a-plenty! Our Director of Training and Curriculum Dr. Erin Moran has put together an entire catalog of staff specific programming geared towards setting up your team for success.
You can access it by selecting [Programs] >> [Catalog] OR from the organization wide Library
