Which one do I need? What is the difference?
A user is any person who is going to work with your learner. When you invite a new user, you can select their role (manager, supervisor, behavior analyst, behavior technician, or parent).

Staff Profile (Updated location 11/2023)
You will create a staff profile when you want to collect data on your staff's behavior.
On the left side menu, you will go to Organizations -> Invite user.
Once your staff’s Email and User Role information is updated click Invite User.
Click on the User that you would like to create a profile for.
*Toggle on the Enable Staff Competency Profile to be able to start filling out your staff's information.
Once you have filled in your staff’s required information, click the Credentialing tab.
You will then be able to add your staff’s Supervisors, Certifications/Licenses & Task lists.
