Which one do I need? What is the difference?
User Profile
A user is any person who is going to work with your learner. When you invite a new user, you can select their role (manager, supervisor, behavior analyst, behavior technician, or parent).

Staff Profile (Updated location 11/2023)
You will create a staff profile when you want to collect data on your staff's behavior.
On the left side menu, you will go to Organizations -> Users -> Invite user.
Business units are not required when creating a user or staff profile.
After adding the user's email and selecting their role, you will click on the tab that says ACCESS to give that user access to the clients that they will work with.
Managers will have access to all clients in the organization. All other roles will need to be given access to the clients.
To add the staff profile to that user, you will need to click on the tab that says STAFF PROFILE.
*Toggle on the Enable Staff Competency Profile to be able to start filling out your staff's information.
Once you have filled in your staff’s required information, click the Credentialing tab.
You will then be able to add your staff’s Supervisors, Certifications/Licenses & Task lists.
