Which one do I need? What is the difference?
User Profile
A user is any person who is going to work with your learner. When you invite a new user, you can select their role (manager, supervisor, behavior analyst, behavior technician, or parent).

Staff Profile
You will create a staff profile when you want to collect data on your staff's behavior. When creating a staff profile, you will need to add a Staff Competency License.
On the left side menu, you will go to Settings -> Subscription. There you will be able to add the number of Staff Competency Licenses that you need.
After that you will create your staff's profile. To do that you will go under Clients on the left side menu.
From there, you will click on the tab that says Staff, then you click Add Staff Member.
You will then be able to add your staff's personal information, profile picture, and credentialing information as well.
On the bottom, where it says Subscription License, you will select Staff Competency License.
